Work with realtors, escrow and borrowers to obtain all required documentation to develop a complete loan file. Processing mortgage loans, including analyzing and validating dataEnsure compliance with required loan disclosure processes.Ensure all related compliance concerned for lending, including but not limited to Reg B monitoring, Qualifies Mortgages and Withdrawn and Declined Procedures, etc.Review preliminary title reports and credit reports to identify risk and notify Loan Officer and Underwriters.Work with Loan Officers and Underwriters to address issues, obtain required information and documentation as necessary.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

I am responsible for coordinating, documenting and initiating the funding process for a variety of commercial lease and loan documentation products for equipment financing. Functions include coordination of transactions with vendors, customers, bankers and Territory Managers, securing necessary transaction documentation, preparing documents and initiating the funding process. Assists in identifying viable solutions to make deals work. Will interface directly with external WF Customers. Ensures the perfection of a security interest in collateral and compliance with company policies. May act as a liaison between Territory Managers and Corporate Legal Group. Assists Sales Representative in the follow-up of documentation deficiencies and funding problems both prior to and post funding.

I review, verify and/or identify customer transactions to detect/prevent financial crimes activities, policy violations, and suspicious situations in order to mitigate and/or recover losses. I use a variety of sources for information, including online systems and tools, to monitor and research moderate to complex account activity that may involve multiple transaction channels, and take appropriate corrective action. I perform general account handling functions such as close account determination, holds, restraints, etc, document research findings and actions on cases, and network with supporting departments to create a seamless experience for the customersIn addition, up to 50% of my time may be spent providing exceptional customer service while handling incoming calls from internal and external customers with potential fraud circumstances. I take the appropriate action to protect the customer and bank from additional compromise and potential fraud by opening fraud cases/claims and securing customer relationships. I accurately document information provided by the customer, and provide the customer with necessary information and steps to protect them while providing a high quality of service.
