I am a versatile structural engineer, with strong communication skills and experience in all stages of the design process. My experience in (international) multidisciplinary design teams has allowed me to further develop my technical skills. I am particularly skilled in the design of complex timber and timber hybrid structures.I am convinced that structural engineers have a key role to play in mitigating the climate crisis, as we are in a unique position to influence large volumes of materials used in the construction industry. This gives us the responsibility to help our clients create or maintain high-quality architecture, while pushing the limits in terms of sustainability.
