Since beginning BTCSoftware, I have guided the company as CEO and CTO focussing on a holistic approach that encompasses both product development and high-quality customer care. I am a hands-on director for the business and we have seen continued growth in product offerings and customer numbers. I enjoy being involved in the daily operations of BTCSoftware and have a passion for listening to customer feedback to incorporate their needs into the future of the software.

Our mission is to develop feature rich and cost effective software products for accounting professionals.As CEO I’m leading the team at a time of real growth and expansion, but we’re only small so it’s very hands-on. My main day to day focus is on design, development and support but I’m also responsible for our technical roadmap and relationships with complimentary technology partners. We develop really good products but you can always do better and I really enjoy taking users ideas and incorporating them as new features. It’s something we can do really quickly and a great strength of BTCSoftware.Round the office I’m known as a dreadful stickler for detail – particularly in design - and someone who won’t go home if there is one customer service issue still outstanding at the end of the day. I also take my turn at making the tea!
