Managed a team of Production Support, Subject Matter Experts, and Training staff that provides a direct link to end users of Citi Realty Services’ Real Estate Management System (REMS) and Archibus Space Management system. REMS is an Integrated Work Management System from BIG Center, with a central database that tracks all real estate related activity for Citi’s portfolio of leased and owned locations. This includes Lease Management, Facilities Management, and Capital Projects. Citi’s Space Management System, Archibus, is the central database for all of Citi’s global building and occupancy data. In addition to End User Support, responsibilities included the development of 24/7 Computer-Based training and all training material for REMS and Archibus, and delivering Projects Module training as the Subject Matter Expert.Since June 2005, I was the primary source for subject matter expertise, development, training, and expansion of the Real Estate Management System’s Projects Module; leveraging my experience as a licensed Architect and Project Management professional.

Provided Construction Project Management for Citi’s headquarters in Downtown New York and New Jersey.Managed the development and construction of Continuity of Business space, Trading Floors, and post September 11th fortification of Citi’s Manhattan properties with state of the art and custom barriers and controls. Responsible for all interaction with the City of New York Mayor’s office in designing and approval of the first New York City approved external barrier protection system.
