I was the product manager responsible for the AI Content Management System that feeds Babylon's AI Chatbot for primary healthcare. This involved organising software teams to deliver state of the art tooling for our doctors, data scientists, and epidemiologists to meet the needs of Babylon users.

Concirrus gathers data on ship movement and applies machine learning techniques to help marine insurers to make data-driven decisions. I steered the product towards underwriting (away from exposure management) and this decision has helped the company to sell into most of the marine market and gain a series B investment.

Quantemplate is an Insurtech SaaS company using machine learning to help (re)insurers grow their business through data transformation and analytical insights.I was one of the first employees and played a key role in working with Quantemplate's software developers to build a platform that gained significant client take-up resulting in a GBP5.2m Series A round of funding.

• Directly making recommendations to top management on Swiss Re’s global performance in formal presentations and detailed reports (e.g. group Actual vs Expected report). • Putting complex ideas into plain English for communication internally, to rating agencies and external analysts.• Performing extensive quantitative and qualitative research and drawing from the knowledge of experts within the company. Producing reports with clear visual stories and succinct commentaries. • Spent two months each year between 2011-2014 underwriting marine treaty reinsurance business.

• Responsible for a client portfolio worth GBP30m of premium.• Project managing a number of complex deals including large transactions.• Part of a team that created and launched a new insurance product into the UK market. • Acting as a liaison between underwriting, actuaries, legal teams and the client.
