I wrote the national analytical profile on Vulnerable Adults for the BTP which was the first or its kind and for which I received a letter of commendation.

I was based in a forensic step-down rehabilitation unit working with individuals who have complex forensic histories and may or may not be detained under the Mental Health Act. Additionally I worked with the Clinical Psychologist to deliver psychoeducation.

I undertook literature reviews, database searches and contributed towards a research for patient benefit funding application alongside two peers with lived experience. I actively organised and assisted in a two-day research conference held by the trust and produced and presented a poster at this event.

Based within the department of older adults and disability, i held an independent caseload consisting of a hospital and cases in the community. I undertook community care assessments to determine eligibility for services and provide these where necessary as well as signposting to services where needed. I am experienced in completing assessments, support plans, support plan reviews and capacity assessments.
