Currently, I am the Technical Program Development and Operations Manager for Dr. Auroop Ganguly and the Sustainability and Data Sciences Lab and AI4CaS focus area for the Experiential AI Institute at Northeastern. Previously, is was a Senior DoD Research Program Manager with Northeastern University's Kostas Research Institute for Homeland Security. Before Northeastern, I was a systems analyst with DoD-Army at Ft. Belvoir, a Project Manager with Bering Global Straits supporting the CIO and the EIS and Mainframe teams at OPM, a Senior Business Analyst with the Performance Accountability Council Project Management Office (PAC PMO), and 25 years as a Federal Law Enforcement Agent specializing in executive protection and physical security. I am a skilled, innovative leader and project manager with 24 years of global security expertise and experience with the U. S. Marshals Service, a domestic federal law enforcement agency with offices worldwide employing more than 10,000. I managed multiple programs in a variety of roles and was entrusted with the interpretation of data, long-term planning, giving dynamic presentations to judicial officials, and creating innovative proposals and policy papers. I am a resourceful professional with three master’s degrees in Business Administration: International Business, Public Policy: National Security, and the US Naval War College Fleet Seminar: Strategic and Security Studies with a focus on Africa. I have multiple publication credits and extensive global outreach experience.
