This role is responsible for managing the business's health and safety requirements. Key responsibilities include; developing and implementing the Health and Safety Management System; consulting and communicating with stakeholders; overseeing risk assessment processes; developing and delivering safety training, ensuring compliance; developing and implementing policies and procedures; and conducting safety meetings.

My role at Reece’s Event Hire is multifaceted and covers all elements of day-to-day operations. I am the health and safety lead for the business, developing and implementing the Health and Safety Management System and consulting and communicating with stakeholders. I am also instrumental in organising training, safety documentation and record keeping, PPE and fleet vehicle maintenance.

My role at Swan Event Hire was to safety construct and dismantle marquee structures. I operated forklifts, drove trucks, prepared, and delivered party hire goods to clients.

During this brief time at Corporate Theatre Productions, I was casually employed to assist in theming large scale Gala Balls and clients company logos for Annual Meetings.
