Duties include: • Manage relationships and communicate with stakeholders over multiple teams including internal and external development teams, vendors, and partners.• Collaborate with the Product, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams to collate requirements into tasks and to understand the overall result of projects and tasks• Develop project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring projects are completed timeously, within budget and of the highest quality• Engage with multiple internal and external teams on project processes including the structure of meetings and reports, required documentation, and timelines• Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly basis as part of the overall PMO Portfolio Reporting and Updates• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation including milestones, budgets, risks, and constraints • Managing projects End to End, from Inception to GTM• Determine and manage all project risks, dependencies, slippages, and changes effectively to ensure project completion • Maintain all project tickets on JIRA • Assist in managing the Customer Activation Team, their priorities, and projects as well as communication and alignment with the broader Sales team to reach their objectives and targets

Duties include:• Managing of the Project Register • Reviewing project activities for compliance with procedures and standards• Project reporting, -incl milestone summary, key issues, and risks • Assist with the production of project documentation • Prepare reports, presentations according to the project schedules • Creation of weekly and monthly status reports on project plans, progress andresults of activities• Attend and facilitate weekly progress meetings with project team. • Project administration duties and responsibilities• Assisting Programme Manager in drafting and issuing of project documentation(Internal and External facing) • Manage & maintain the Project Library
