As a Supervisor at Tradeglobal, I am responsible for coaching and training 19 agents, as well astaking Supervisor calls from six companies. We use Call Miner for assessing performance andBusiness Manager, for monitoring calls . I am also responsible for all supervisor issues pertaining to my client, Coldwater Creek. Our department handles up to 1600 calls aday. We use AX and Controller+ software for placing orders and resolving customer service issues. We have recently lost our trainer, so I have been filling in until we find a replacement. As a Supervisor, I am fair but firm and try to bring light heartedness to what can be a very stressful job.

I was a support specialist handling the help desk and service calls for Unison Technology. We were the technical support for the city of Miamisburg, which has 200 computers. We used Spiceworks as our helpdesk management system. I have front end Active Directory and Exchange experience, and can do pc builds, hardware diagnosis, imaging, and server management. My ability to build relationships with our clients helped me succeed in a job that I had no previous experience.

I was the owner and sole employee at robyn's closet*, a women's resale shop. All of the store operations were computerized, to ensure proper bookkeeping and sales data. My best asset was the ability to build relationships with the women in the neighborhood. My little shop became a meeting place for those with many needs. Unfortunately, sales never reached the level I needed them to, and I had to close the store.

As Store Manager, I was responsible for creating the best customer service for women 35 and over. I started as an Asst. Store Manager at the Rookwood Commons store and was promoted in January 2007 to Store Manager of the Crestview Hills location. We consistently improved the quality of sales and customer service, and I received several company rewards due to our shoppers feedback. My responsibilities included analyzing sales, hiring, training, maintaining visual standards, and inventory. I managed up to 25 associates and ran the entire store operation, including monthly sales meetings

I was responsible for Tri County Dillard's Junior and Accessory Departments, with combined sales of $3.5 million. I hired associates, drove markdowns, merchandised, and coached associates in Excels sales training. I managed 30 associates. Dillard's prides itself in providing excellent customer service and associates are compensated according to sales performance. I was promoted from sales associate to management in July 2003 to use my skills in training associates to succeed in making their sales goals.
