Manage workflow for new assets from creation of traffic through delivery to aggregator or Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) partner. Manage and troubleshoot the DAI workflow internally and with our external partners helping to meet expanding DAI volume thereby generating incremental revenue. Create traffic and scheduling orders to instruct facilities on creation.

Schedule all on-air promos, ID’s and bumpers filling all non-pass through programming, 7 days a week for all 2Go Networks (NBC, CNBC, MSNBC). Select new promo content daily from network compilation reels and work with production staff to re-purpose as appropriate. Assess promotional needs regularly and work with production to ensure promo material is.

Scheduled on-air promos, interstitials, snipes, bugs, tickers, menu, VOC’s, bumpers, opens, and closes as well as oversaw 3 other employees who also schedule these promotional elements. Produced weekly schedule of all snipes, bugs and tickers airing on the network. Maintained and updated promo, snipe and bug library as needed. Managed and trained temporary.
