Using my skills and experience I have been smoothing processes and creating efficiencies to keep business and projects on time, on spec and on budget within the digital and design realms with holographic displays, augmented and virtual reality. Managing a team of creative and administrative staff I have juggled HR, finance, strategy and client management to improve outcomes, encourage collaboration and manage staff needs throughout the COVID pandemic. My implementation of WorkFlowMax and WHMCS across the organisation has allowed a previously unseen transparency, helping to steer the strategic direction and improve business and finance processes.

As Circus Oz has continued to grow I have been able to combine systems oriented planning, organisational skills and passion for excellence in customer service to support the business. I have planned and executed well thought-out digital systems and managed the smooth running of all ticketing systems, within the Circus Oz Big Top, the Melba Spiegeltent or other external venues.A key achievement has been the running of the first Circus Oz relaxed performance during the 2016 Melbourne Big Top season. This ground-breaking event provided an opportunity for over 400 patrons to experience the magic of performance who may otherwise not be able to attend under normal circumstances.

The evolution of this role was a natural culmination of my interest and abilities in the digital field paired with my creativity and marketing experience. I was able to scrutinise the Circus Oz digital systems and implemented continuous system improvements. As a result our digital systems met the needs of a busy international touring company. Circus Oz developed a confident presence in the digital sphere and the newly emerging area of social media.Key achievements included the research and implementation of the Salesforce CRM platform and the collaboration with a variety of organisations to create the Living Archive. Along with RMIT and the Performing Arts Museum this project sought to digitise and make publicly accessible a database of 30 years of Circus Oz footage.

As the circus grew, it was clear the organisation needed a more focused and robust marketing strategy. As a result I was engaged to develop the Circus Oz brand around the world, a brand which is now synonymous as being a world leader in contemporary circus arts. By using my creativity and interest in the digital realm I integrate digital elements such as the creation of a new website and the use of EDMs into the everyday marketing practices of Circus Oz, broadening scope and building global presence.

After working in a project capacity with Circus oz, I was excited when asked to join the organisation and saw this as an opportunity to develop my skills in one of Australia's international touring Major Performing Arts Groups. Taking advantage of my thorough time management and exceptional problem solving abilities I have been able to provide marketing support for 46 seasons. This is inclusive of all self-promoted Big Top seasons, national and international seasons. Throughout this time I have also managed all financial transactions and reporting in relation to these projects. I have consistently met and exceeded high standards of accuracy and compliance, meeting all legislative and auditing requirements.
