I am trained in appreciative inquiry techniques, and this aids a positive, future and strengths based process through which to assist individuals, teams and entire organisations through change.My career to date has equipped me with a broad skill base in the areas of technical human resources and organisational development, general management, business processes, strategic planning, consultative sales management, and strong conceptual, analytical and interpersonal skills. The roles I have held have been largely autonomous, and I have experience in managing small teams of specialists as well as a large number of staff in a less specialised environment. In each case I have, together with my teams, planned and consistently met individual and business objectives. I am entrepreneurial, creative and positive in my approach, and highly motivated to succeed. I am considered to be a strong and effective leader, particularly in environments of change.
