• Collaborate with agency representatives to implement outreach activities in various programs• Participate in state and national outreach training opportunities to enhance job knowledge• Coordinate and support outreach events at various locations in partnership with key donors• Strengthen and maintain existing partnerships to drive ongoing delivery of messaging and training

• Organize a campaign with +50 volunteers and go out into the community and raise funds to be allocated to United Way’s partner agencies (raised $1 million for 2021 & 2022)• Organize Day of Action with +600 volunteers to help local schools and non-profit organizations with projects, i.e., deep clean common areas, paint, pressure wash, maintenance of landscape and grounds, etc.• Create marketing materials (through Canva, Avery) for all events (Annual Meeting, Day of Action, Kick-Off and Victory) and social media posts (through Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)• Responsible for State Combined Campaign, Annual Report, train Loaned Executives, Employee Campaign Coordinators and Division Chairs on Campaign, consult with Day of Action committee on preparation for Day of Action

• Provide a total customer experience with new and existing customers to build and maintain relationships and loyalty• Create personal, business, IRA, safe deposit box and Certificate of Deposit accounts• Problem-solve with customers on their accounts (stop payments, ACH and debit card disputes), online banking and the mobile app• Bank Teller experience for lobby and drive-thru customers
