From 2014 I have worked in the care industry. In 2018 I took the step into Residential Childcare, falling in love with the job and making a difference to the lives of children and young people. I am now a dual registered manager (EBD/LD). “ Robyn Sharpin is the Registered Manager at Hardwick House and Keswick Road - Keswick Care. She came to Keswick Care as a residential support worker in 2018 and committed herself to progression. Robyn has been complimented on her “impressive oversight” along with being “committed to maintaining the placement of young people and not giving up on them”. Robyn has a high standard when it comes to development and her ethos is ‘success comes from building a star team, not a team of individual star players’. Robyn adapts her learning style to ensure that all her team gain the most beneficial support along with being a visible manager to the staff team and young people in her care”
