Developed and improved processes for casework and information management related to paths, with support from the Local Advocacy Manager. This included proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, supporting the development of new systems for casework and volunteer management, and identifying new ways of generating data to inform policy, practice and campaigns.• Policy and research. Provided support to policy and advocacy projects through research and analysis, and drafting guidance, briefings, articles and web text.• Stakeholder management. Built strong relationships with stakeholders, volunteers and colleagues; attended meetings and events; assisted local Ramblers groups to develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, and; supported the development of effective systems for stakeholder management.
