Supporting the General Manager in sales, rate management, and front desk duties; training and maintaining front office staff, innovating new policies to improve and streamline hotel operations

-Coordinate evening hotel departments, notably front desk and restaurant -Assist with running of departmental meetings-Create and implement standard operational procedures-Spearhead training and development of staff according to hotel standards-Respond to and compensate very poor guest experiences

-Taking orders and serving food and beverages-Assisting guests with any requests during the dining experience-Busing and clearing tables-Counting down till and tipping out morning staff-Breaking down all bar set-up and resetting for morning -Facilitate guest check in and check out-Assist housekeeping in efficient daily room servicing-Troubleshoot guest complaints
