Application Technical Support Analyst
CurrentResponsible for identifying, managing, and implementing process and technical solutions for enterprise business applications to include solution development, integration and implementation. Responsible for administering and maintaining the Server Application enviroment by installing,patching and troubleshooting application software. Work with IT staff in cooperation with business unit leaders to optimize the use of existing technology and introduce new technology in response to potential application problems. Advise others on technical and process issues relating to application selection, integration and development. Provide ongoing support and process integration enhancements for enterprise applications.
