As a proposal specialist, I work across all lines of service on proposal responses ranging in value from $100,000 to $4,250,000. In this role I am the go-to person for template creation, design, layout of proposals and pursuit documents in Google (Google Docs, Slides and Sheets). This includes coaching on strategy, planning, coordination, Review proposal documents for consistency in writing styles, formatting to brand standards, spelling and grammar.

This was a fast-paced environment where I had to manage multiple priorities and drive innovation to achieve objectives. I supported the Autism Awareness campaign, managed relationships across the firm. I also worked closely with two directors so they were able to deliver services effectively. This was achieved through calendar optimization and meeting room coordination, bookings, preparation, formatting and review of reports; including QA.
