Directly assisted the Vice President of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager with various tasks and projects. Some of my tasks included actively updating and distributing scorecards for each Omni Hotels & Resorts property. Run reports and gather data from various departments for turnover rates, internal promotion rates, internal audit rates, number of employees with visas, EEOC claims, etc., and compile the information on the scorecard. I worked with UltiPro and Excel to calculate and audit associate hours worked, overtime, paid time off, sick leave, and disability hours to ensure information is accurate. I corresponded with local charities for associate volunteer opportunities. Helped plan the winter clothing drive for a local community services center. I also assisted with planning holiday events and charity drives for the Omni corporate office.
