I began assisting in the Applied Physiology lab during my undergraduate studies at Queens College. During this time, my participation included training individuals of general and special populations, such as People Living With HIV/AIDS, conducting body composition and cardiorespiratory fitness assessments on subjects of varying populations, and obtaining resting measurements such as blood pressure, body circumferences, air-displacement plethysmography, and electrocardiogram. During my graduate studies, I was able to assist the Primary Investigator with data analyses for a study aiming to assess physical activity guidelines for PLWHA.

As a student Physical Therapist in the Out-Patient Orthopedic setting, I worked directly with a staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat a wide range of Orthopedic cases and some Neurological disorders. Working 36 hours per week and seeing 60% of a Therapist’s caseload, I was responsible for the evaluation of patients of all ages, generation of the plan of care, treatment including therapeutic exercise/activity and manual therapy, documentation, correspondence with the appropriate inter-professionals, and discharge planning.

Served as a Student Physical Therapist in an out-patient orthopedic clinic as part of an eight-week clinical rotation. I provided supervised physical therapy evaluations and treatment to various patient presentations. Treatment included the use of Class IV Laser.

I was selected over a rigorous audition period to represent professional men's lacrosse team, The New York Lizards, as a New York Lizards Dancer for the 2019 Season. My duties included attending weekly practices, learning multiple original routines of various dance disciplines for each home game, and performing at each home game as part of pregame and halftime entertainment.

I was selected to represent men's professional soccer team, The New York Cosmos, as a New York Cosmos Girl for two consecutive seasons. As a Cosmos Girl, I attended two weekly practices for the duration of the season, several community events, kids clinics, and all home matches. At each home match, we performed a high-energy and technical routine, and greeted and engaged with fans.
