• Develop strong and trusted relationships with business leaders, people managers and employees, and provide guidance on all organization and people matters • Partner with client group(s), other People Partners and DEI team to create an inclusive culture focused on open communication, accountability and belonging• Work with Senior HRBPs to advise client groups on all things people-related: performance management, talent development, compensation, leadership coaching, employee relations and organizational design• Work with Legal and Immigration teams to process immigration-related requests, such as visa stamping and green card applications• Collaborate closely with the Global HR specialist functions such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Systems & Analytics, etc. to support company-wide HR initiatives

• Full life-cycle recruitment• Act as the Lead Trainer for 2 Research & Development Recruiting teams• Provide guidance to Hiring Managers and Interviewers related to interview and HR policy and procedures• Analyze workforce trends with a focus on attrition and retention • Requisition management, such as creating job descriptions, opening reqs, posting on external sites, compliance, updating candidate statuses, and managing the HRIS (Greenhouse and Workday)• Foster and maintain relationships with remote/dispersed management teams and human resources employees
