Serving as the subject-matter expert, I designed and delivered both in-person, online synchronous and online asynchronous professional development experiences on topics including Writing Across the Curriculum, creating authentic assessments, and navigating teaching with A.I. I visited each instructor's class yearly, providing constructive feedback for ensuring courses were equally rigorous with their on-campus counterparts. I also served as the dual enrollment instructors' campus contact, improving our high-school/college relationships.
