In this role I was responsible for the Knowledge Management Team at the Telstra Learning Academy a joint venture between Accenture and Telstra. Leading a team of 6 people including 3 people in Bangalore I was responsible for the content design and management of their key Knowledge Management system ‘KnowHow’ which received over 3 million hits each month. Key achievements in this role included driving content improvement on the site which was predominately used by Call centre staff. I was also responsible for providing subject matter expertise which was used to improve the structure of the Information Management system and provided information to Accenture consulting staff which was in turn used to present to senior level Telstra staff. I have been trained in all Accenture Information Management propriety tools and sales techniques.
