I have many years experience working in Human Resources and Payroll. I also have excellent customer service skills and am well versed in many computer programs. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team.I have abundant experience with customers and people in general. My greatest strength is my compassion and ability to resolve conflict. That is also the most satisfying part of working with people. It is rewarding to know I was involved in making things easier or better for someone. Compassion can also be described as a weakness. Sometimes I try to solve problems that are not mine. I also tend to overcompensate when an injustice or disservice was done.
