Robyn Fehrman is an innovation leader dedicated to scaling impact enterprises and catalyzing systems change toward a vision of equity for all. Known for her ability to lead organizations and teams during critical inflection points, her experience over nearly 25 years includes the social entrepreneurship, education, philanthropy, economic development, and global health sectors.Through Mindful Social Impact, Robyn currently provides fractional leadership support, project management, and strategic consulting services to enterprises & funders across the social impact ecosystem.For the last 15 years, Robyn has worked at the intersection of education & innovation. Most recently, Robyn served as Founding Partner at LearnerStudio - a national education intermediary & venture studio working to ensure all young people are inspired and prepared to thrive as individuals, in careers, and as contributors to our democracy. Before LearnerStudio, Robyn served as President & CEO of Enactus, a global experiential education network across 33 countries supporting entrepreneurial young people and accelerating their innovations in service of the Sustainable Development Goals. Earlier, Robyn served as Managing Director of the Center for the Advancement of Social Entrepreneurship (CASE) at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a globally recognized social impact & impact investing research and education center annually reaching nearly 1 million people from over 150 countries. Additionally, she led Teach For America - Eastern North Carolina as Executive Director during a time of pivotal growth, expanding the organization’s footprint to educate 25,000 students daily with diverse funding that included a 675% increase in recurring public dollars.Her governance roles include serving as a Director at the UN Global Compact's Principles for Responsible Management Education initiative. Previously, she served as Chair of the Board of Global Grassroots, a nonprofit social enterprise working in East Africa to catalyze women and girls as the leaders of Conscious Social Change in their communities through increasing access to clean water, and as a Director at Medical Students for Choice, a U.S.-based nonprofit ensuring that reproductive healthcare, including abortion, is a standard part of medical education and training. Robyn received her Master of Public Administration degree and Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is the proud mother of two children and lives with her family in Durham, North Carolina, USA.
