My role involves developing and refining process improvements to increase direct selling time. By 2050, the UN projects that 70% of the world’s population will reside in urban areas. I am grateful to work for an innovative company that moves over 2 billion people every day. My passions for global business, sustainability, and technology drive me to continue growing with Otis Elevator. Over five years ago, I transitioned from event planning, brand marketing, and creative strategy to a new role in account management, service sales, and customer service. Today, I am an efficiency-driven process manager leading globalization and streamlining sales processes at Otis World Headquarters.Outside of work, I enjoy traveling to new places and cooking new recipes.
