Responsible for performing 116 phase inspections and 27 landing gear time change inspections annually in support of 163 F-16C/D Block 25/42 aircraft. Manages the 56 FW Boresight Alignment Team, ensuring pinpoint weapons accuracy on all wing aircraft. Maintains $1 million worth of maintenance equipment. Develops aircraft inspection flow plans and coordinates with base agencies to expedite repair actions. Maintains database and documents historical data for inspection and maintenance actions. Plans and manages completion of time compliance technical orders, time change inspections, one time inspections, and ensures accurate documentation of weapons systems upgrade data. Supervises upgrade training and certifies training competency in 336 job tasks.

Ensures all maintenance actions are properly documented and in the aircraft forms and core automated maintenance systems. Manages section shift schedules, leaves and personnel programs to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Enforces Air Force tool control, foreign object damage, hazardous material disposal, and industrial safety standards.
