Mange several accounts at a local level. This including sevicing, installing, deinstalling and hardware/software code upgrades of wide range of EMC equipment. Also I get to help be an important part of the local account team by completing local projects including drive migration, equipment audits which includes code levels upgrade dates and much more.

Eastern Washington

As a CE with EMC in eastern Washington. I take the lead on one of our major Customer accounts VMWare. Currently I am working with the SAM to get updated list of all hardware and software versions and locations. I also do a major portion of all upgrades across platforms of Symm, VNX Block and File, Clarrion, Celerra. I also help out with other customers in the area including Microsoft, T-Mobile, Costco, Blackrock, Yahoo, Providence, Intuit and Dell Services that includes RSA and Russel Investments.

Eastern Washington

I started out in a EMC schooling program call GSAP (Global Services Associate Program) where I spent 7 weeks of training. I came back and started working on an arrange of products including Symmetrix, Clarrions, Celerras, Brocade Switches, Cisco Switches, Avamar, Recover Point, and VNX File and Block. I have done data in place moves, reconfiguration of hardware, installs, deinstalls, upgrades on all the products listed above. Starting in November of 2010 I took over Eastern Washington as Primary CE for all accounts before I was secondary CE for all accounts. In June of 2011 I took over as primary CE for VMWare which currently had 400+ EMC boxes.

As an intern at River Point Farms, I help build the computer networking system from the ground up, I help set up the Domain, DNS Servers, Activity Directory, Exchange, SharePoint servers. I consolate 4 cell phone bills down to one. I did a rolling upgrade on all user computers and cell phones. I moved everyone off a POP3 mail account to Exchang Mailbox. I installed and configured the SharePoint, and got Human Rescourses and Finance, and Information Services using it. Finally I was also answering phones and troubleshooting Help Desk issues.

I started working in Kitchen in 2004, and in 2006 I became a Student manager, so others would come to me for additional hands, or I would take over any postion if someone called in sick. I also was able to work the food lines and cashier.
