In my capacity as Associate Director - Project Management, Insight & Analytics, I orchestrate the operations of a portfolio that encompasses 30 to 75 projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. My responsibilities include managing our project management and ticketing software, overseeing offshore vendor relations, and upholding documentation standards.Employing analytical reasoning and operational analysis, I transform nebulous requirements into structured, executable plans. This skill set is equally applied to advancing internal process efficiencies, optimizing tools and methodologies to bolster delivery capabilities.A pivotal aspect of my role is change management; I lead the team in adopting refined operational processes, from enhancing the project intake and initiation protocol to streamlining communications and billing procedures with offshore teams. This effort is facilitated through targeted individual and team training, creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, and transparently shared improvement roadmaps.Furthermore, I play a crucial role in fostering cross-functional collaboration, ensuring effective resource engagement throughout all project phases and analyzing project data to improve forecast and budget accuracy.
