Senior Instructional Designer
Current- Launched AuditBoard’s first end user certification program - Responsibilities consisted of conducting a gap analysis, updating all existing training content to meet exam objectives, creating an exam study guide, writing all exam questions, facilitating a beta test group of customers, and preparing all marketing communications for the launch at our user conference. - Over 90 customers certified within the first 2 weeks since launching - 15% increase in active students within the first 30 days of launch- Leading the initiative to launch 3 new certifications programs - Creating a certification for platform-wide administrators and managing the other 2 certifications, which are created by other instructional designers on the team. - Working with the Product Marketing team to create relevant and realistic training personas, which will help customers better relate to the training. - Managing and coordinating a large scale redesign project for our Academy, Partner University, Help Center, and Community- Facilitating communication between our Design team and the different customer-facing platforms.
