Direct/indirect staff: 9; Budget: $2MConceived, built, and launched Avon’s inaugural global training philosophy, strategy, and curriculum encompassing leadership, general management, brand and commercial marketing, finance, and direct sales. Rationalized shifting curriculum from a decentralized to a hybrid of global and local programming. Audited dozens of training presentations delivered across 4 continents to determine best practices, eliminate redundancies, streamline efforts, and save time and money.  Transitioned training philosophy from a presentation model to a learner-focused program that included experiential and action learning, case studies, role plays, roundtables, panel discussions, assignments, and knowledge checks. . Launched a global uniformed 13-week curriculum with a staff of just 2 internal specialists. Certified internal and external trainers worldwide to deliver programs and implemented Avon’s first e-learning components; built majority of programs from scratch and designed with repeatability in mind to save time and money.  Created flagship 3-week “University” programs for Direct Selling, Commercial Marketing, and General Management that through the use of live simulations incorporated extensive functional skills training with experiential leadership training and immediate feedback. Programs contributed to the launch of uniform business models and marketing collateral for sales and recruitment across the globe and advancement of several business leaders.  Tapped to provide global one-on-one executive coaching for director-level and above high-potentials. Leverage 360 assessment tools, Myers-Briggs, Hogan, and Lominger models to help executives meet their goals. Deliver Avon and GE Leadership Curriculum in Europe, China, Latin America, India and U.S.
