• Co-managing the Equipment Resource Center, a university resource center housing professional-grade photography, video, lighting, audio, and 3D imaging equipment; eight studio spaces, and five digital and analog print labs.• Overseeing upwards of thirty student technicians while ensuring they are confident in inspecting all equipment and completing required tasks. Guiding six full-time technicians in day-to-day operations & completion of large-scale goals. • Reservation of studio spaces and equipment, verifying equipment is returned in proper condition and maintained, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring students handle equipment and chemicals safely.• Reporting changes in conditions of damaged equipment and unkempt studio spaces, filing repair forms, performing in-house repairs, revoking patron privileges for resources, and submitting daily briefs. • Maintaining stock of consumables while ensuring invoicing, deliveries, and returns are properly coordinated. • Working with faculty members to solidify their needs in and out of the classroom.• Aiding in updating resources to our online reservation system to reflect operation conditions post-pandemic.
