Current• Creating and presenting processes on tasks within the team for other departments• Composing simple and easy-to-follow step-by-step manual guides for new starters to use• Helping to create painless forward solutions to problems within the team and implement these in my workload• Volunteering for extra training or support that the team needs to be trained on which would include training new employees on all team processes• Being a go-to person in my team or for others in the department• Working on my self-development to achieve my KPIs and SLA times over all aspects of my work• Being proactive in my learning with current and new systems, and new customer training modules• Looking after the team when the Manager or Team Leader is not available• This can include complaints and confusing queries that confront the team in person or via email correspondence• Responding to all queries, both internal and external, in a professional and timely manner• Maintaining and updating customer vehicle records• Providing customers with official documentation a VE103B form allowing them to travel abroad• Managing all aspects of vehicle taxing and Cherished Transfers• Handling ad-hoc customer enquiries for our department or directing them to the correct one• Providing support to the Account Management department, clients and individual customers, to maximise the business potential of each account• Running daily MOT reports to check vehicle statuses against the government website and updating our in-house system• Processing overdue MOT reports and contacting drivers/customers/Account Managers where applicable• Opening new customer accounts and maintaining existing records• Producing vehicle schedules and email to customers/clients for signature• Running monthly reports making sure all vehicles are taxed by month-end• Making payments and raising invoices to ensure accounts balance• Managing the teams' mailboxes weekly to answer customers in SLA times
