In this role I provide customer specification in regards to product size, quality, temperature, packaging, and labelling. I undertake sampling, retention, and assessment checks of the fresh produce to ensure quality of product, packaging, and shelf life. I have the ability to perform pH, temperature, chlorine water checks along with incubation to identify bacteria count to ensure optimal water quality. In addition, I ensured farm records and product assessments results are accurately captured, maintained, and recorded in Information Leader System. Furthermore, I report sample results and conduct analysis concisely, timely, and effectively to all stakeholders using IT systems and through direct communication when required.
