Current position handles a variety of municipal matters including professional knowledge and technical proficiency in project management, records management, litigation, procurement and contracting, real estate transactions, developing technological solutions to deliver legal services, and budget management. Also experienced in eminent domain, bankruptcy, distressed credit cases, estate planning, probate, personal injury, guardianship, criminal, infractions, employment, landlord/tenant, LNI, family law, real estate, administration appeals and collections.
