FishTank is a youth entrepreneur incubator located in HAVAS KX. Whilst there I managed the day to day running of the space, which included the below;•Creating systems and processes from scratch •Recruitment and onboarding •End to end event management •Created and facilitated a Learning and development programme for the entrepreneurs. •Created an internal mentoring programme for the participants •Managed stakeholder engagement •New Biz• Strategised the development of the incubator agency. • One to one coaching of the participants • Career mapping for the participants.

I produce and host Vulnerable Podcast. I created this platform for all people that are ready and willing to talk about their vulnerabilities in order to grow, heal and learn from each other experiences. Season 2 is currently loading.
