Full ownership of all the day-to-day workings of the Primary Research division with responsibilities covering all aspects of team management, project planning and client management. Also responsible for planning for future growth objectives in line with the core values of the organization and its employees as well as implementing them. Collaborating with the sales team to expand the company’s client portfolio, designing case studies and capability deck. Designing and implementing team assessment structures and custom training engagement models.  Managing full-service, sample-only and ad-hoc projects incl. feasibility assessment along with budget & incentive management. Discussing the project dynamics with the client during KOCs to capture project deliverable & timelines, assist in questionnaire designing, coordinating with the programming and data processing team for the final delivery of the data adhering to the project timelines. Conducting periodic project briefings with operations teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of project objectives, checking-in on delivery milestones and updating the team regarding any changes in project plan. Closely liaising with vendors to ensure timely completion of the project whilst expanding the company network of suppliers.

Additionally, supporting sales teams to draw out proposals as per clients’ request and deriving suitable methodologies for providing a research solution to the clients. I also took care of training and development needs of the whole primary research team. Acting as the first-touch point for account expansion of existing clients and as a query center for potential clients. Designing a Plan of Action for the projects and working towards its proper execution as per client requirements. Reviewing questionnaires and providing clear, concise programming notes to the survey programming team. Monitoring field progress, problem solving and identification and implementation of solutions. Brainstorming and implementing new L&D tasks for improving the skillset of the primary research team.
