Seek insights from the processes that allow us to work on the continuous improvement of the operation and people experience, working online with leaders of the organization. Lead digitization and automation projects (RPA, Microsoft Power Platform) Support the organization on regional and global implementation projects, M&A, and critical business transformations. Ensure the implementation of HR local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative processes.Planning of local HR costs within the agreed budgeting guidelines.Lead projects to ensure a positive employee journey and experience.
