Responsible for the development of 9 employees (6 internal, 3 external) that support personnel administration, payroll, time & attendance, HR Accounting, HR Automation, Exit Management, and Forecast for Conosur (Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, and Uruguay) for Bayer and Monsanto LE. (7 union agreements).Talent and potential management (9-box).Focal Point for Row Crops, Vegetables, Research Organizations, Fields, and Plants. Support to business needs. Personnel administration vendor coordination (2019-2021).Ensuring internal and external compliance in end-to-end processes in HROPS.Alignment with GPOs (Global Process Owners)/HR Experts and HR Operations globally and with the local HR Community to convert strategy into operations for the ConoSur business needs. Seek insights from the processes that allow us to work on the continuous improvement of the operation and people experience, working online with leaders of the organization. Lead digitization and automation projects (RPA, Microsoft Power Platform) Support the organization on regional and global implementation projects, M&A, and critical business transformations. Ensure the implementation of HR local norms and laws in relation to HR administrative processes.Planning of local HR costs within the agreed budgeting guidelines.Lead projects to ensure a positive employee journey and experience.

- Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs for Conosur region (Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay) in SAP GHP (HR)
