In November of 2010, Equinoxe AIS merged with MadisonGrey and the new entity began licensing the existing technology platform from Pentem where the MadisonGrey IT group reorganized as a technology outsourcing company. I led the technology resources of Pentem Global Services as we grew to offer our proprietary technology to Hedge Funds and Hedge Fund Administrators.

MadisonGrey was a Hedge Fund Administion firm that specialized in performance reporting, accounting, valuation, compliance, investor servicing and back office services for domestic and offshore Hedge Funds.I built the technology operations and staff for our Atlanta based, 40 person firm. MadisonGrey employed best of breed and internally developed software in the servicing of clients and internal operations. The technology and processes I built helped earn a SAS 70 type II designation from auditors Deloitte and Touche.

I managed the company's automated reconciliation processes and built automated reconciliations of payment, disbursement, returned check and escheatment processes for cash and credit card transactions. The automation of all account reconcilations allowed the treasury management group to perform a month end close complete with reversing accrual entries to the G/L in three business days - the fastest close of any financial unit in the company.
