If you used the internet today, your experience depended on something my team built.I lead the Technology Engineering organization at Akamai, which is responsible for hardware engineering, network software, and network design.Over my decade leading hardware at Akamai, we've delivered hundreds of thousands of high-performance servers, tens of thousands of switches and routers, and other equipment to deliver one of the world's largest CDN and Compute platforms. I also lead the teams responsible for CLOS fabric design, virtualized networking, multiple BGP daemons, our internally developed SDN controller and white-box network operating systems, and configuration automation software.
