I am an organized,detail oriented person. Great at analyzing problems & finding solutions 2 improve outcomes. My goal is 2 lead as many people to Jesus as possible. My current focus is working with men who were formerly incarcerated at Montana State Prison & other facilities in MT. My goal is to assist men 2 improve their Christian walk by teaching men skills that will help them adjust 2 society by depending on God for everything. The history of corrections in Montana has been focused on punishment. There hasn't been much assistance to truly rehabilitate offenders and help them become productive members of society again. Some people may view this work as impossible. But with God all things are possible. What is lacking is men that are willing to mentor other men so they can adjust to the changes that have occurred in society during their incarceration. Churches and the community need to work together to help former prisoners turn their former lives around. Otherwise the revolving door continues to keep more people stuck in the system. It only costs more tax dollars to lock up more men and women. The alternative is to follow Jesus and encourage others to love God and to love others. God will meet a person right where they are and save them if they are willing to repent of their sin. I have been retired from regular work for about 9 years.
