As the Regional Sales Manger of the Midwest, I was responsible for growing, managing, and supporting the Midwestern market. With 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and leadership roles within American Auto-Matrix, I have been an integral part of the release, message, and promotion of multiple variants of Smart Building Solutions.

Position entailed overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Marketing and Sales departments which included: planning and execution of sales meetings and trade shows; departmental budgeting; and short and long term marketing and sales initiative planning. Other responsibilities included: final say in advertising selection and creative direction; territorial revenue analysis and expansion; quarterly and annual forecasting; spearheading sales channel initiatives of our product through OEM, distribution, and installation; International Account Management; project quoting; and pricing and margin analysis.

Started as an Assistant Language Teacher of English in 2001. Duties included instruction of English as a second language; lesson planning; club organization and extracurricular activities. In 2003 I achieved the position of ALT Prefectural Advisor. Responsibilities included teaching English as a secong language to the hearing impaired; meeting planning and directing for over 100 participants from multiple English speaking countries around the globe; translation services for participants; presentations and speeches to various entities of the program; preparation, planning, and execution of Prefectural Mid-Year Conference for over 300 foreign and Japanese teachers of English; representation of the Upper Secondary division of the Board of Education in Miyagi at various functions and events.
