The Manager for Singapore-based Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) – Starhill Global REIT, investing primarily in retail and office real estates, with properties in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, China and Japan, valued at about $3 billion.I am spearheading the sustainability works including setting up roadmap for the whole portfolio, driving and executing green initiatives, enhancement works for all assets, and target setting for Sustainability Linked Loan. I have successfully completed the construction phase and handed over the residential development in Singapore - EDEN (20-units of Ultra Luxury Residential units) & showflats. The project was delivered on schedule with approximately 8% budget saving for the company, representing approximately SGD 4mil savings. I was involved not only in the M&E services, but also other trades including Architectural, Interior Design, Civil & Structural system, Facade and Landscape. Despite numbers of challenges faced during the construction period, I was determined to overcome the problems and ensure quality products are delivered. I have worked closely together with the consultants and contractors to formulate the best & ideal solution for problems, balancing between cost, quality and time. EDEN attained Green Mark Platinum. I was involved to ensure green initiatives are implemented, and seek ways to implement new technologies to help in energy & water savings.I worked on another Luxury Residential project in Jakarta, Indonesia - Savyavasa. Works involved design management of the project, manages sustainability design, drives technology implementation, and reviewing of cost and tender process. I was involved in feasibility studies around the South East Asia region. I am involved in analyzing of peer projects and preparation of design brief & request for proposal to assist the Development team in preparing proposal for land acquisition and future development. I am also involved in approaching local and international consultant team, understanding their presence and capabilities in different market and finally selection of consultant team for the works.

Worked as an Electrical Engineer in the building services industry, projects include mixed development, residential, skyscraper / high-rise buildings, healthcare facility and institution. Work scopes include providing technical advices to client on Electrical system, Extra Low Voltage system, Vertical Transportation system and Basic Mechanical system. I was also involved in Electrical system, ELV system and Vertical Transportation design works. Apart from design works, I was also involved in project planning and management. Day-to-day operation included managing projects' resources internally, client facing and coordination with the consultant and contractors team, to ensure projects are completed with high standard and satisfaction. I was also involved in preparation of fee proposal for project bids, both technical and commercial component. I have also participated in Beca Emerging Leaders Program.
