Architected and implemented Cognizant’s Configurable Solutions Framework (CSF), a cloud based multi-instance Catalog Driven Solution as a Service supporting B2C (Consumer) and B2B (SMB/Enterprise/Wholesale) for wireless and wire line to enable Lead/Quote/Order-To-Cash Business Process enablement on a single business configurable, multi-channel eCommerce platform, to co-exist with and augment a MSP/CSPs Heterogeneous environment.

Transformed Business Services technology platform, including Sales, Order Management, Service Delivery, and Billing, leveraging private and public cloud computing achieving significant increases in automation and scale to support business growth from $800M to $2.4B. Developed professional network with key technology organizations, including Oracle, IBM, Salesforce, Accenture, and Cognizant, ensuring immediate industry expert support for solving unique problems and achieving a dynamic staffing model with offshore capacity, Center of Excellence, and in-house professionals for continuity. Developed data center strategy and five-year plan, managing National and Alternate Point of Presence data centers, including capacity and demand, infrastructure and application standards, and budget and operational plans. Managed the post acquisition integration of the Prommisor IT organization. Developed the integrated application roadmap to support the new business unit.

Implemented scalable, high-availability enterprise platform to support service-oriented architecture and developed web-based services incorporating Java and .NET to replace more than 140 legacy systems. Managed Data and Test Center network including internal tier 3, co-location, and 187 test delivery facilities. Developed, implemented, and managed disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Enhanced role as international service provider to regulated industries by developing and implementing roles, policies, procedures, and security to achieve regulatory compliance, such as ITIL, CMM, Sarbanes-Oxley, Safe Harbor, HIPAA, Payment Card Industry, and SAS-70. Microsoft Government Practice subcontract to perform information technology capabilities assessment supporting eGovernment for Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
