The Consultant for Training:- Designs, develops and updates training materials, training aids for sales personnel- Conducts training sessions on product knowledge- Identifies areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly

The Consultant for Sales:- Prepares and executes sales strategies- Probes the market for prospective customers/clients- Teaches the sales force about converting leads to sales through good communication, follow-ups and positive attitude- Takes participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking with local associations to promote the product- Monitoring the situation of the market, ups and down, finding out the competitors , latest innovation of the products

Reports to the Assistant Vice President; responsible for ensuring SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) are consistently met. Coordinates with support groups to ensure production goals are to the expectation of the client.

The Service Delivery Manager coordinates, leads and motivates a team of Service Delivery people to provide the best overall service experience in the industry by ensuring that Operations meet and even exceed service level agreements and at the same time build a positive and effective relationship with clients; ensures that daily operational and client needs are attended to on a timely manner and improves business performance by standardizing processes among service centers and promoting continuous improvement programs. Provides support to the Client Solutions Team to ensure client facing concerns are resolved immediately.

Responsible for planning, directing and coordinating human resource management activities to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and regulatory compliance.Responsible for the management of resort operations, property and facilities maintenance.

Responsible for SMD and SiP ASSY (FOL to EOL, that is, Die Attach,Wirebond, MOLD, Laser mark, Singulation, FVI and Pack).  Joined SiP at a time when a major customer had put AMKOR SiP line on probation due to delivery and quality issues. Performed capacity study per station to pinpoint issues on delivery.  Workedwith Process Engineering to address quality issues.  Conducted direct labor trainingand counseling to improve operator awareness on quality.   Probationary status on SiP lifted by customer after 6 months.

Key Contribution: Responsible for 30-40 students in a class. Handled Thermodynamics I, Business Contracts and Ethics and Industrial Plant Engineering.
