I have delivered 25 projects, on time and on budget, across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. These have ranged from efficiency-gain initiatives (visual collaboration tools, supply chain optimisation, activity-based costing) to major strategic undertakings (Ericsson’s Asia-Pacific Network Operations Centre, ThoughtWeb’s sales operations, The Salvation Army’s information management). I have employed all major project management approaches: Waterfall (State Bank Victoria, Telstra), PMBOK (Ericsson), PRINCE2 (Acumen Alliance, IDP), Scrum and Agile (IDP Education, Moore Stephens).
