I have a strong interest in developing and adding value to property and love meeting other like minded individuals who share similar passions. I like to share ideas about new development opportunities within the real-estate industry and enjoy listening to other peoples points of view. Some ideas you share/build upon and take to new levels, while others, you make an informed decision to let them pass you by. I currently love my role as Managing Director of Chase Commercial where I lead, mentor and motivate well balanced and highly skilled individuals so as a team we can share those skills with our clients and future customers. Sharing the last 30 years experience in commercial property with staff and clients is most rewarding. Team Chase is very important to me and with over a 100 years of combined property experience between us, you are in safe hands in all property matters from Asset Management, Development, Sales and Leasing, Auctioning and Project Marketing. Proudly leading a $350M diversified portfolio under Management controlling facilities from Day Surgeries, Service Stations, Marinas Hotels, Retail Centers and industrial warehousing and logistics facilities. No property is to complicated and we welcome your interest. As Chase Commercial is currently growing our team, we are continually seeking talented individuals to continue building our well balanced and engaging culture. Management's goal for 2020/21 is to continue adding value to our clients and to continue growing the company with talented, like minded individuals. When I am not focussed on realestate, the other passion is my amazing family and keeping fit/healthy so I can continue to enjoy my incredible journey. I love spending quality time with my amazing wife Felicity, my incredible parents, who at the end of the day taught me how to love, remain humble and lead from the front and my two "Super Star" children, Morgan and Matisse. Both daughters simply "just get it" and to see them acheive their dreams and acheive their goals will be both very exciting and extremely rewarding as both their parents and coaches.
