Key Achievements Implementation of ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management System) by providing training for staff, overseeing the fit out of the Control Rooms and championing the impact of implementing ADMS in driving business improvement and efficiencies.  Implemented a training regime for future System Operators to sustain the future succession of the Control Rooms using talent from across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a team of over 60 people comprising of Senior System Operators, System Operators, ADMS Manager (and staff), Network Security Manager (and staff) and Network Control Delivery Manager (and staff) ensuring that the Control Rooms and ADMS run effectively.Overseeing 24/7 rosters, managing timesheets, budgeting, and implementation of safety initiatives.

Key Achievements Implementation of three Control Rooms to secure staff levels during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Provided clear direction to the three teams that report to me to ensure synergies and clarity of purpose and maintained a maximum level of planned works during the economic downturn. Integral involvement in planned and unplanned outages. Assisted in implementing systems to keep crews safe and improve Endeavour Energy’s emergency response times, thus reducing the STPIS impact on the business. Key Responsibilities• Managing a team of over 80 people comprising of System Operators, Field Operations (District Operators and EMSO’s) and Network Access ensuring that the teams run successfully and smoothly during adverse weather conditions. • Overseeing process, managing timesheets, budgeting and implementation of safety initiatives.

Key Achievements Improved the flow of operational information between High Voltage Customers and Endeavour Energy to ensure compliance to electrical safety codes of practice, regulations, and standards.  Co-ordinated and conducted Orientation Training for new starters.  Played a vital role in Network Security and was involved in commissioning several new zone substations within the Endeavour Energy franchise area. Built a strong rapport with sensitive customers.Key Responsibilities• Managed HV and Co-generation customers. • Planning of Network Security and the electrical reticulation network in determining the most optimum way the network could be operated.
