Manage construction process for development projects

Lead the development team in establishing two new construction projects in Jacksonville, FL. Coordinated the development team with the entitlement process and helped negotiate the easements required to start the projects. Negotiated Contracts with General Contractors to bring project in at projected budget. Started both projects in July of 2013.

Spear headed the development of a new apartment concept and established the budget within target price. Coordinated Site Selection, Hired Architects and Engineers, and guided team through the permitting process. Started project in 2013 under the umbrella of Value Place.

Helped to develop the concept eventually used by LodgeWorks as a high end boutique hotel. Served in a dual roll as both Director of Preconstruction Services and as a Project Manager. Built hotels throughout the country. Hotels were so successful that Hyatt Hotels bought the company in 2011.

In charge of various renovations and new property construction for White Lodging as they became deeply involved with Marriott products as a Franchisee.

Insured construction standards where met for various Marriott Hotel products including Fairfield Inns, Courtyards, and Residence Inns in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US.

Monitored Franchise Construction of Residence Inn Franchisees for conformance to brand standards.

Developed Estimates for competitively bid projects which included Banks, Hospitals, Parking Garages, Schools, Apartments, and Hotels.
